EU: 5-10 business days [excluded Saturdays, Sundays and holidays]
U.S.A and Rest of World: 10-40 business days. [excluded Saturdays, Sundays and holidays] - this spread of time is large and depends on weather conditions or customs.

b) Global Expres
- delivery time (counting from the next day after shipping):

2.The ready items are packaged into protective, bubble envelope.

3. DON'T WORRY ABOUT YOUR PARCEL BEFORE THIS TIME. FROM EXPERIENCE I KNOW THAT THE PARCELS CAN BE DELAYED ON A CUSTOMS AND YOU WILL GET IT LATER
But... If your parcel didn’t arrive to you within declared days, please contact me and I will start the investigation at the Post Office in my Country. (I will write an official complaint).

4. "ORIGN POST IS PREPARING THE SHIPMENT" STATUS
It means that the item is already in the country to which it was sent to. So, if you had ordered something from Poland and you live for example in the United States, it means that the item is already in the United States and is preparing to be shipped by the USPS. Origin Post is a company that takes the items from overseas and sorts them.

5. PLEASE NOTE - I CAN'T BE RESPOSABLE FOR CUSTOMS PROCESS OR EVEN WEATHER CONDITION IN YOUR COUNTRY

6. Sometimes parcels are resent to me with UNCLAIMED STATUS. This means that:
a) there was likely no secure place for the postman to leave the package for the recipient, so the he left a notice in mailbox to arrange for delivery at a time when the recipient would be available to receive it, or to pick up at his local PO (in short, the addressee failed to respond to 2 notices that there was a package for him;
b) the address of the recipient was incorrect.
In such cases Post Office (incl. USPS) doesn't hold mail indefinitely, so they return parcels to me for disposition. Taking above into consideration I will resend the parcel to the recipient again, when he pay additional 8$ fee for the shipping.

8. ABOUT PRINTS.
a) All prints presented here are sent without frames! The frames are for display purposes only!
b) Prints that are printed on a hand-made parchment can have irregular shaped borders that can be little tattered. You can cut your print to desirable shape if you wish.

9. ABOUT PENDNATS.
Pendants are not water resistant and they are sensitive to high humidity, so I don't advidse to take a bath or shower wearing it.

10. CUSTOM ORDERS, SEPHIROTH TREE WALL DECOR AND HAND-MADE NICKIEL SILVER ENGRAVED MEDALLIONS (INCLUDING MEDALLION WITH "SERVITORE" ) CAN'T BE RETURNED!

11. If you notice your package is damaged don't accept it from the postman and demand to write down the damage report. You should also inform me about this fact. Only in this way, I will send a new parcel to you for free.
